Anti-Money Laundering & KYC Policy

1. Purpose
This Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance Policy (“Policy”) describes the compliance principles, monitoring procedures, verification rights, and risk management measures applied by COYTX GLOBAL LLC (“COYTX”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
This Policy applies to all users, customers, account holders, visitors, affiliates, API users, referral participants, and any person accessing or using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, users acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
2. Compliance Principles
COYTX is committed to maintaining the integrity, security, and lawful operation of its platform.
The Company reserves the right to implement compliance controls, monitoring systems, verification procedures, and risk management measures designed to:
- Prevent money laundering;
- Prevent terrorist financing;
- Prevent sanctions violations;
- Prevent fraud;
- Prevent market abuse;
- Prevent financial crime;
- Protect users and platform integrity;
- Manage operational and regulatory risk.
3. Risk-Based Approach
COYTX applies a risk-based approach to compliance.
The Company may evaluate users based on factors including:
- Jurisdiction;
- IP address;
- Account activity;
- Trading activity;
- Deposit activity;
- Withdrawal activity;
- Transaction size;
- Blockchain analytics;
- Source of funds indicators;
- Risk scoring systems;
- Third-party intelligence sources;
- Compliance reviews.
COYTX may modify risk assessment methodologies at any time.
4. Right to Request Verification
COYTX reserves the unrestricted right to request verification information at any time, before or after account registration, deposits, withdrawals, trading activity, or account closure.
The Company may require:
- Government-issued identification (Passport, National ID, Driver's License);
- Proof of address;
- Selfie verification;
- Video verification;
- Source of funds documentation;
- Source of wealth documentation;
- Bank statements;
- Tax records;
- Corporate and beneficial ownership information;
- Business documentation and transaction explanations.
The Company is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for such requests.
5. Enhanced Due Diligence
COYTX may conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (“EDD”) whenever it determines that additional review is necessary.
EDD may include additional document requests, structured interviews, live video calls, deep blockchain investigations, transaction and source of funds/wealth reviews, and ongoing close monitoring.
The scope and outcome of EDD shall be determined solely by COYTX.
6. Transaction Monitoring
COYTX reserves the right to monitor all platform activity. Monitoring may include deposits, withdrawals, transfers, trading activity, API activity, referral activity, device information, IP addresses, blockchain transactions, and user communications.
Monitoring may be conducted manually, automatically, or through third-party systems.
7. Blockchain Analytics
COYTX may utilize blockchain analytics tools and risk assessment technologies. The Company may review blockchain activity associated with deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses, counterparties, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
COYTX may reject, suspend, delay, or investigate transactions that it determines present elevated risk.
8. Account Restrictions
COYTX may impose restrictions on any account at any time. Restrictions may include trading restrictions, deposit restrictions, withdrawal restrictions, transfer restrictions, service limitations, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
The Company may take such actions with or without prior notice.
9. Asset Holds and Freezes
COYTX reserves the right to place holds on assets, suspend transactions, freeze balances, delay withdrawals, or otherwise restrict access to digital assets whenever deemed appropriate.
Such action may occur due to compliance reviews, security reviews, fraud investigations, risk assessments, regulatory concerns, suspicious activity, technical issues, or operational requirements.
Users acknowledge that access to assets may be restricted while reviews are ongoing.
10. Refusal of Service
COYTX reserves the right to refuse service to any person, entity, wallet address, organization, jurisdiction, or category of users. The Company is not required to disclose the basis for such decisions.
Refusal of service may occur before, during, or after account registration.
11. Suspicious Activity
Users agree not to engage in activity that may be considered suspicious, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, manipulative, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the Company’s compliance standards.
COYTX may investigate any activity it considers suspicious and take any action it deems appropriate during such investigations.
12. Sanctions Compliance
COYTX may prohibit access to the Services by persons, entities, organizations, wallet addresses, or jurisdictions that are subject to sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions, designated by competent authorities, or considered high risk by COYTX.
The Company may update sanctions screening procedures at any time.
13. Cooperation with Authorities
Where deemed appropriate or required by applicable law, COYTX may cooperate with governmental authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, compliance organizations, financial institutions, or other competent parties.
Such cooperation may include disclosure of information, transaction records, account records, compliance records, and other relevant materials.
14. No Obligation to Complete Transactions
COYTX is not obligated to process, execute, settle, approve, or complete any transaction. The Company may reject, reverse, suspend, delay, cancel, or refuse any activity where it determines such action is appropriate.
15. Compliance Decisions
All compliance determinations are made at the sole discretion of COYTX. The Company is not required to provide explanations, disclose investigative methods, risk models, monitoring systems, or compliance criteria.
Users acknowledge that compliance decisions may affect access to Services and digital assets.
16. Policy Updates
COYTX may amend, revise, replace, modify, or update this Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised versions.
